Right now, Diplomacy can feel a little impersonal. Unlike other games in the 4x genre, the AI doesn't ever talk to you when it makes threats or offers things.



The proposal is this: make everyone's starting hero the voice of their Faction in Diplomacy. Give each hero a unique way of talking in order to reinforce the Faction's personality.

+1 I agree, diplomacy needs more heart.
