Units with capped xp show up every turn in the notification for units that have gained a level. It would be nice to have these units removed from the notification so we only see actual changes instead of having to click through a notification every turn that basically says "Your level 10 units are still level 10".

Great idea. I also recommend you post this in the Bugs section, just in case the devs decide it is a "bug"
