I just pacified the Sisters of Mercy villages in my territory but there were already 2 units wandering around. They stayed as potentially hostile and attackable. I thought it would be nice if they either became your units or, if you think that could be too OP or too exploitable, perhaps you can talk to them now as if they were a village and either Attack or Bribe/Parley to bring them to your side? Seems good from a flavour point of view, but also has gameplay advantages beyond the passive buffs and population.

Bribing wandering troops into your army might give Dust-intensive factions an unfair advantage over the other Dust-less ones... unless this bribe amount is equivalent to buying the troops from one of your cities or even MORE expensive than that.

What I think would be neat is if the roaming armies from passified villages were the units that populated the marketplace.
