I'd suggest you add the option to see the assimilation bonus of a secondary faction -

- after the initial meeting of it

- before being able to see them in the assimilation menu (after fighting/negotiating).



It can be a big risk to fight for or against a secondary faction and i want to be able to review my assimilation reward.

This is definitely something that could help both experienced and new players make decisions involving assimilation and conquering minor factions. Perhaps you could have the ability to just click on the village, and bring up the screen with all the effects. Or maybe, we could have a menu in the empire screen that shows all found minor factions, the location of all of their found villages, and their information.
