These two are not necessarily bugs, but I wonder if they are intended this way.

I can still attack the Urkans owned by my friends and even allies. The AI also seems to make use of this. The same goes for the Construction Action "Fungal Exfoliator". The latter is especially strange since armies cant dispose Fungal blooms when at peace (neither in owned nor in neutral territory). Additionally there seems to be no notification for the Mykara player when Fungal Exfoliator is used, so it spossible you dont even notice your blooms missing.

This makes friendly/diplomatic play harder than it needs to be imho, especially against the already erratic Vanilla AI.
