I have a few suggestions I feel would make the UI more informative.

Show morale on the unit card in combat, either as a stat or as a combat effect. Mousing over morale should show a tooltip describing the stat bonus.

In the zoomed out view anomalies need to be more visible when the Show FIDSI button is pressed. Anomalies can be easily missed when settling new cities because they are hard to see. Ideally I'd like them to stand out as much as villages and strategic resources.

The tooltips for combat effects need to tell you what the effects do. "City Presence" or "High Ground" aren't really self-explanatory.

It would be nice if the combat movement stat were added to the list of attributes in the unit designer. Currently you have to enter combat with a unit to tell how far it can move.

Mousing over an item in the unit designer should show you the stat changes in the attributes list from picking that item. For example, say you have a unit with 100 health and no helm equipped. Mousing over a T1 iron helm would then show 100/100[+6] under Life. It would make comparing items much easier.

The description for Cold Operator seems unnecessarily complicated. It would be more readable if it just said "No negative effects from winter on city" or, if it does not negate all Winter penalties, "Immunity to resource production/FIDS/vision/approval penalty from winter". "No negative effects from winter" should probably also say "No negative effects from winter on units".

Edit: One more change, putting it here because I don't think it needs its own thread:

While building a settler automatically remove citizens from food production.

in the diplomacy screen show the details of luxuries when you mouse-over them.
