Why not just grey out the salt earth option and put a timer on it until you're allowed to do it?



EDIT: I just noticed the tiny, little ownership percentage readout, but that is too small and not where one would look (since raze is in the bottom left).



Also... can you increase the ownership speed by having an army inside the town? I hope so...

Roving Clans heroes can learn a skill that increases the ownership gain rate.
