UI improvement for designing units and heroes

I have a suggestion for improving the unit and hero design screen.



When we mouse over an item (a sword, shield, amulet, etc), there is currently a card that will show the effects of said item.

It will help a lot if there is also shown a second card, which is the card of the corresponding item that is currently equipped on the unit/hero.

That way, we don't have to mouse back and forth between the item already equipped on our hero or unit, and the item we are thinking of replacing it with, to compare the effects and stats of the two items..



I have seen this design on other RPG games, and I think this be a small but useful thing in Endless Legend also.



What do you guys think?

Yes!



I'm pretty sure it's already on a backlog somewhere. I mean, it would be completly logical and it's really standard nowadays.

I am pretty sure its been standard 10 years ago too. this is some of the most basic of proper UI design
