I agree, as much as I like the diplomacy in the game there definitely needs to be a setting to create teams. This game is amazing, and this is the only flaw, I know several of my friends have been turned off by this fact and as werewolf_nr said there are probably others. I'm sure it is entirely feasible as well.

I can't even remember when we first asked for this. As a matter of fact, this demand predates Endless Legend, as it had already been requested for Endless Space. I have no clue why they did not implement it.
