I have not fought against a Necrophage AI that after earlygame ever built anything but Necrodrones. I would love to see save games and/or screenshots if you have them where they are not.

Would be awesome to see them use a proliferator.



Here is a good example. Every circled army is nothing but Necrodrones. I mainly have an army of Stalwarts/Harmonites and Dust Mages, so its not like they are getting huge advantages against me.



I can provide save game if anyone wants to see it.

Hey. I look at this forum since few days, because i had the same feeling that you about IA's army (actually they just mass a type of unit). I found Amplitude stuido are actually hardly working on IA. In addition, i found a mod what improve IA diversity army.

I have seen the Necrophage AI use either Mercenaries or assimilated minor faction units (not sure which), but I have never seen them use a Proliferator. Even Foragers are rarely seen.

The AI almost always build one type of unit. yes, they now build something other than the massed type, and even buy mercenaries, but usually 6 units out of 8 will be stalwarts or dekaris etc.

hope they will fix it in the next patch.

I have noticed the same thing. AI too often produces the same unit for his armies. Also AI rarely uses minor faction units.
