Exactly what the titles says, the ability to play single player games against AI that won't include multiple factions. That way I can be surprised who I am fighting without having to worry about seeing all the 3 AI players are Cultists or something. Would be pretty simple to add in I would imagine as well.

Oh, I would like to see this too! Exclusivity of factions is far more interesting than facing 3/5 AIs that are all identical.

Seconded! Seems easy enough.

I would really like that option for sure. I'd also like an option to exclude certain races from the random pool. (I would remove Cultists because the AI doesn't know how to play them. But I don't like assigning races manually either.)

You'd be amazed how often is this feature asked for. And for how long. It's strange cause Amplitude seems to listen to fans but they don't do this seemingly easy feature.

As much as I'd like this feature, and it seems to make sense... it's also a bit silly. I generally play with 6 teams. Not counting the Mezari, there are 8 major factions. I'd still like it, but it would also make a lot more sense if there were, say, 16 different factions.
