Generally EL is OK for colorblind. Nations have unique icons

(even though Amplitude insists on not adding the damned "only unique factions" checkbox. I mean, come on. Lots of people ask for it since day 1 of Endless Space!)

so you can see who's who on the map.



However there are cases when you only see a part of region with the city not seeing city itself. In this cases it's hard for colorblind to know for sure that region is settled and to see who had settled there.



Can we have anything in tooltip saying who's the owner of a region? Or, if we haven't met him yet, color of the owner of the region?

In the options under UI there is a colorblind option for the empire color Pallet. I don't know what type of colorblindness you have or if this will help, but it is there.

Yeah, I use it and i think it makes many things monochrome. Doesn't help with this issue though.
