Currently, when one mouses over a unit, the unit's popup window disappears as soon as the mouse is moved off the unit, so the player can't mouseover the icons on the unit popup window. If possible, I'd suggest implementing the method used in Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War in which the unit info popup window is pinned while the CTRL key is held down, thereby allowing the player to mouseover the icons to view their tooltips.

Currently, the player has to access the unit edit screen to gleen this info, which is cumbersome.
