I recently bought this game for me and a friend, and although I don't mind the speeded up version of world map movement when you double-click, he really dislikes how long it takes for units to move across the world map when they have high movement points, to the point where he has considered not playing the game anymore due to how slow it is. Would an even faster or instamove feature be possible? This is a common feature of 4x games that seems to inexplicably be missing in Endless Legend (the other being an optional minimap, but you know...)



So basically, make an option to adjust how fast the double click speed goes, possibly including instant. I know that there are faster combat movement speed options so I'm not sure what the reason is for there not to be an equivalent option for the world map.

Instant cannot work because the turns are simultaneous. Can only speed it up so much too.

Perhaps not instant but can be faster than is the case currently? Surely, virtually every simultaneous turn TBS games I know has a much faster movement animation. For a game that is so well-done, this issue is just mind-boggling.
