Note: In the first turn of the game I moved my settler unit into a nearby region, and founded a city. There was an enemy unit (Necrophage, settler, 2 infantry) in that region. When I ended the turn the enemy unit hadn't moved at all. I attacked the unit on the second turn and killed their settler. Killing their entire faction by the start of the third turn.
