A Rebuke from On High

Description

As I made my way through the Riftborn questline, I came upon the quest "Chapter 2: A Rebuke from On High" and chose the Industrialist pathway, which involves me assigning a certain hero (Anax-Jink 2077) to a powerful fleet in exchange for a very powerful law called "Scrap Kings." I have completed the quest, but the law I was promised is no where to be found.

After completeing the quest and earning the weapon module "Koyasil Kinetics" the reward is nowhere to be found in the edit ship screen

Description:

  For a custom faction with Keii, this quest lists the requirements as <x> influence and 70 happiness. Keii factions don't have happiness, and 70 Keii does not complete the quest.

There's a fix in the workshop. Bugfix 1.0 by Groo.

I'm playing on Steam.  

I'm in the 'main' quest, Collaberator or Cataclysm'.  I'm suppossed to orbit the lodestone systems with a leader led fleet.  I'm now orbiting 3 systems with leader led fleets, but only one is getting credit for my being there and having the 'turns remaining' bar reduced.  I can't possibly od the quest this way!

I've played some 10-15 times and this is the first time I'm runing into this issue.  

I took scrrenshots but I can't figure out where they are storied. I'm using windows 10.

Description

Turns after the quest was successfully completed, the law "Pay It Forward" never actually becomes available.

Antihero With a Thousand Faces (Part 2)

Description:

After Part 2 starts are we are instructed to find and capture the Photobomer. In my last two games, including the saved game I linked to in my previous post, the photobomer's ship never moves from his starting location, and when a fleet moves to that system and defends it, nothing more happens and the quest never completes. See the link in my prior post for a saved game that exhibits this behavior.  The Photobomber is in the Bracia system, as is one of my fleets.
