Sophons are def my favorite. Cravers and Vodyani also look good for what they are. Horatio look interesting. Riftborn i cannot really identify with and Lumeri ships looks okay. They are the most neutral.

I'd like that too. Cravers are getting fleet skins with the collector's edition, it wouldn't be that hard to get old school skins DLC for some of the factions that were also in ES1.

It would be a good idea for fan of ES1 like me

I love Unfallen Battleships and Dreadnaughts, with their "unfinished outer plate" look. They look like sectional plans of the ships.

Favorite are either United Empire or Vodyani - they look good, each fitting the aesthetic of the faction quite well, and are strong combatants. For looks alone I might go with the Sophons or Horatio, but their prettiness does not overcome their practical failings. Riftborn ships definitely look cool too, but their lack of speed is a big black mark against them.

Title says it all. Which faction's ship designs do you like the best?

My faves are the Vodyani, but the Riftborn have the other factions beat when it comes to number of weapon mounts (if you care about that kind of thing ). 

I'd say riftborn and vodyani

I'm actually a fan of the 'shuttle' mercenary ship you can get. Shame you can't upgrade it. If I had to pick a faction I'd probably go with the Sophons for their sleek style.

yeah this metallic look with the floral-like patterns ,really is some eyecandy, no wonder they are more expensiv.

And the animations are gorgeous. They remind me of Koi fishes gently moving around. Plus, they're so shiny.
