Thanks for the patch devs. I'm loving the new expansion! I haven't had much time to play for the past year. So, it's great so see my favourite game getting new, great content and more improvements. 

Rock on and kill all the bugs! We need even more improvements!

*activates "Dirty Hands Act" on E.N.F.E.R. to reduce further improvement costs ^^

Pending turn bugs are actually our highest priority, there was no mention of it in the patch notes because we haven't encountered any in a while, nor have we had reports about them. Are you playing on an old save file? If you do have a save file which reproduces the issue, we'd be very interested in having it to find what is causing the problem.

Can doing something about diplomacy AI be number 2?  There are multiple threads on multiple forums of people (like me) saying the diplomacy AI is messed up.  As in worse than before the latest expansion.  Things like it still is not offering deals/agreements when it says it will or already did (this is still happening in the latest patch).  And the war/truce/war/truce behavior when in an alliance makes being in an alliance almost pointless.  People are saying this behavior has gotten much worse since Supremacy.  I know you said voting can't be an option with alliances, that's ok.  But if the back and forth behavior is much worse, its a new bug

Thank you for your response.  Several of us have posted on the "Bug Reports" subforum and on steam.  Here's a link to my post, which contains a Save Game file that produces the problem 100% of the time.

Best way is indeed here on our forums, the issue has been reported to QA, thanks for the report and sorry for the issue.

About diplomacy, we're aware of the issues and are looking into solutions.
