Kalgeros' are the disciplined warriors who are mandated by tropes to go Shaggy on an arrogant drunk.

I went for Hissho, but that is with the assumption that they all have the same alcohol tolerance.  It is possible, even likely, that a Gnashast and a Kalgeros have superior resistance and so can fight with more precision and focus than a drunk Hissho.

I'd still go for Hissho because I assume their discipline would restrict the number of drinks they have and keep them on high alert.

Voted for Hissho, provided they're not drunk, in which case (everyone drunk) I'll go for gnashat that seems beig better trainef with alcohol.

Not sure how tikanians does with driniking...

Any clue from writers team??

A fully spliced Horatio walks into the bar and says "You have offended the most perfect!"

It definitely plays out between Hissho and Gnashast.

At the end of the day, I'd say Gnashast. They're pirate dudes and probably grow up in bars. So, they should do pretty well in bar fights. Also, take a look at their nice Ground attack bonus.

In my recent Hissho game, I started with the Gnashast right next to my home system. What an amazing game it is. Lumeris was to my left and we played quite a couple of rounds whack-a-mole. He was kind enough to colonize all systems and I snagged them with the around 10 ships - incl. 3 Bastion - I got from the Gnashast. (2 fleets from diplomatic minor actions with luxury ressources and one from joining.)

The real winner would be the Umbral Choir sitting silently in the corner, making bets and making sure his bet wins.

IF there are Lumeris and bets, the fight most probably would be settled form start to win the one that looks less challenging (and of course Lumeris bet for that one).

Gnashast as size and power always wins.If you think otherwise try your krav maga on a Grizzly.

While I don't disagree with the premise of your argument (that power could be decisive in a fight), trickery or martial arts COULD defeat it; hence why I chose Kalgeros (they are skilled at martial arts).

and the United Empire would be trying to find a way to sell tickets and merchandise at said fight

Don't invite the Carvers, they'll ruin the whole thing by shooting and eating everyone, the party poopers.

Funny thing in the comic a Gnashat a hissho and a kalgeros armed with guns and with other 20 / 30 aliens fought a barehanded craver... it didint end well for any of them .

What about karv maga and a sword? Can't imagine how that would change a situation.

I don't have much to add to this discussion because I'm not sure there is a "right" answer...

I would definitely agree that Gnashast would have the edge in a drunken brawl, but I would vote for the Hissho in a (sober) fight with weapons. Unarmed, I think the Tikanan might have the edge due to the number of limbs and the carapace, as mentioned. However, in a martial arts competition, the Hissho and the Kalgeros would go neck-in-neck, with the Kalgeros maybe coming out on top.

On the other hand, the Lumeris would have fixed the contest behind the scenes, and the biggest winner might be the United Empire because they got the broadcast rights.

And Horatio? Involved in a bar fight? Far too plebian for the Most Perfect, and it would probably ruin their outfit. Simply unthinkable.

I can't believe you all manage to come up with questions like this....

Who would win between a fight out of all the races? I feel like Cravers would probably mess any other race up. Althought the umbral choir might win just because the other races would end up punching gas clouds until they got tired.

If infantry health is indicative, then technically the Vodyani are the toughest.

I have to politely disagree; while endurance or a high pain threshold is indeed a valuable asset in a fight, agility and strength can make up for lack of endurance
