Thanks, this one is more interesting. I think I need more experience with some of the factions before I would use it; especially the Vodyani.  Or... IDK maybe give it a spin with one of the factions it doesn't impact so heavily so I can test out the general changes.  

Some of these surprise me; not because I think they are bad but because I didn't know they caused balance issues:

- Give Strategic Squadrons via research

- Make Behemoths stackable (seems like this could be bad actually; now Military Behemoths are neccessary?)

- Remove dust and science from Behemoths

- Vine ships are back to 10 turn conversion (and cheaper!)

Have you folks considered trying to reduce the randomness around anomalies / strategics / luxes on home systems?  Is that even possible? Ideal I think would be to create a "menu" for each faction and just set their entire system to a given set of planets + curiosities (if possible; probably not).

Anyway, I won't jack this thread anymore to talk about mods. Maybe I should just join the discord or there is a forum for this mod. :)
