About the name. In the spirit of laws I thought up the following:

• Massively Enhanced Gameplay Alteration and Modification Operation Deal (or MEGAMOD for short)
• Framework of Refinement and Enhancement of Scientifically Handled Tweaks Act Kept Emphasized (or FRESHTAKE for short)
• Scientifically Updated Prestigious Edits of Resources and Modifications to Overcome Deficiencies (or SUPERMOD for short)

I kind of like MEGAMOD. It packs some punch on tongue, has that law-like description and the short version sounds fitting as well for generic user. Someone more creative could mix n match the best parts together.

Edit: Come to think of it.. M.E.G.A.M.O.D. is still my personal preference but it could be called

• Multilateral Endeavour of Gameplay Alteration and Modification Operation Deal.

It'd give more more descriptive nature to the community wide effort while keeping the law theme of the name.
