Is there a way to replenish manpower on a ship yet?

I lost an invasion as the Cravers, and I cannot figure out how to refill the manpower on my ships afterwards.

It will say 0/50(+50) when I'm in a system I control, but it never actually fills.

This is something I was having trouble with too. When I went to the Military Status page and used Enroll my ships started replenishing their troops in a friendly system. Maybe someone else can let us know further details?

I was having some trouble with this too - I had hoped the leader skills relating to Manpower were a steady increase rather than raising the planetary cap but sadly not it seems.

There are some specializations that seem to turn  into Manpower if you don't have the  to burn on Enrollment.

No idea what I did differently, but after my latest invasion, I sent my fleet to a controlled system to repair and retrofit. This time manpower replenished. Weird.

Would be far to expensive if you would be forced to repair your ship everytime just to replenish manpower.

I hope this going to be fixed soon.

I can't remember which post, but one of the devs said that in the next patch they would be reducing the dust needed to repair/retrofit by 2/3.

This might be a bug because I have been able to replenish my manpower by ending a turn with the ship in a controlled system. The only thing I can think of that would cause this is if you somehow managed to run out of global manpower, but I think in that case it probably wouldn't (or shouldn't at least) show the positive replenishment rate.

To replenish manpower on a ship, just have to send your ship to a (your empire) controlled system. You'll see a replenish icon on your ship informations + on the global military screen some negative values for manpower generation ( matching current replenish)

i just skimmed the comments... but the way i do it is you go to ship design menu and enrol by spending influence and food and give it one turn to refill when your fleets in your system.

If you don't have enough global manpower, not even newly minted ships will have a full complement of manpower.  All ships will display their ideal rate of replenishment, and only with excess manpower will those ships actually fill.

So, yeah, reinforcing what others have written here, the enroll option is the easiest resolution to this problem.

It may be good to have an option for selective refill of some ships' manpower, but this would get very micro-, very fast.

I seem to be missing the "Enroll" button or any other way to replenish my manpower. My new ships are being built with manpower, but I cannot refill existing ones, even those sitting on my systems for several turns.

I'm not shure, but i noticed, if you want to replenish your manpower with no acual conection to your systems because of a blocade, you can only use the manpowergeneration of this particular system or the systemcluster that is connected via unblocked routes.
