Entering the game from steam, crashes when running here, the game crashes and returns directly to the desktop, and there are no pop-up tips.
I have done a compatibility check and updated the NVIDIA graphics driver and file integrity check on steam, but this issue has not been resolved.
I have not installed a custom mod.
I did what I could do, but I can't find the source of the problem, please help me, thank you.
This computer was able to run this game before, but when I downloaded it again, this happened.
I had a similar issue. It would just crash after playing it the first time just fine. For me the problem though, was that my anti virus was stopping the game from running. It would just load and then crash when its almost done. I just gave permission in my AV for ES2 to run, and then it worked. You could try that?

Again I would just try to see if the firewall or anti virus is causing anything. If not then I don't know, sorry.

I found the reason for this crash, probably due to damage to the game file save path. Deleting the Endless Space2 folder in the document will solve this problem when you start the game.
