So after i pick my characters to start a single game this thing started out of nowhere and i already tried to see the files, reinstall even installing on another pc still the same thing but for some reason if i try again after without leaving the game it stays stuck on a loading screen then crashes.
Cant Start a game

Are you running mods? if so maybe something there might be causing an issue?

Try running it in administrator-mode
Check if game is in exceptions/allowed, as it might be blocked by antivirus.

Did you try to go check the integrity of the files of ES2 on Steam in the settings of the game?

Is there an error log you can upload? It would be in C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Endless Space 2 in a folder with a date for a name.
