Are the text files for any of the various tool tips available for us to access, in any way?
Occupational hazard of teaching children spelling: I'd like to make some stealth edits, to correct a few classic kooky capitalization errors, that have been driving me crazy for ages! LOL :P
Starting with the three Hacking Command Button mouse-overs.

Go to 'Steam/steamapps/common/Endless Space 2/Public/Localization' and select the proper localization language folder.
To find the string you want, I highly recommend using search by string.
