I received two coupons of 75% discount, I redeemed one of them earlier and then I went back to the tab that I had left open and the notice on Steam of another coupon of the same should appear !?

It is possible to have multiple of the same coupon. You can use the extra to buy a copy for a friend or you can trade it to a friend for them to use themself. They aren't super special since the games go on sale for that price, it just gives you access to the sale price any time.
