Hi, I've just installed the deluxe edition and I'm having a problem when running the game from steam I kept getting a black screen and after taking almost 3 hours there is no progress

Is it just a black screen with no sound? Maybe some of these might help.

Hi sorry for the late response I didn't get any email notification from this, But upon start, I don't get anything no sound no video, and nothing it's just a full-on blank page i tried doing the -novideo start in steam properties
