content says it is redeemed on website but my game still doesnt have access to the content. (mezari skin and galaxy, + 2 race heroes)
when trying to access content from dlc menu I am directed to steam store page, no way to download.
please help.

after some looking on steam, i was informed that clearing your download cache will help fix the not downloading content issue. after clearing cache, head to g2g and re-enable the content for steam. it took me 2 attempts to get it to work properly but i have access to the bonus content now.

Same issue with Steam.
It says redeemed on main games2gether page, but under "The Profiler Badge" redeem is clickable and getting "There was an error redeeming your reward, please try again later. "
Please look into it.

I've done only "DELETE WEB BROWSER CACHE" / "DELETE ALL WEB BROWSER COOKIES" options on Steam/Settings and it worked.
