cannot link epic account and cannot play with the 2 rewards dlc in endless space 2 4 months ago

I love endless space and it pains me to not be able to splice every minors civilisation that exist :c

I try to link but the forum is just bugged af. sometims it shows that I have all rewards and 2 accounts links but it refresh and bugs out.

Steam account linking problem a year ago

I've already seen this issue on forums here but they are around 4 years old and yet I still got a similar problem. When I link my steam account with this one I get no rewards and no notification that I can claim them. I've already tried linking my account again and yet this ancient bug still bothers me. Help me please.

content says it is redeemed on website but my game still doesnt have access to the content. (mezari skin and galaxy, + 2 race heroes)

when trying to access content from dlc menu I am directed to steam store page, no way to download. 

please help.

Hello there I want to unlock the craver hero Koros Apogee avatar that can be unlocked by making contact with ENFER but I cant open him from browser while ingame and I cant open his chat page and his twitter has not posted anything in years I was fondering if there is any otherway to unlock that avatar and how would I do it?

Just got the latest. I also have the other two all on steam and have never had a problem before. Now it says major problem evreytime I try to load the game.

I have linked my steam account (you can check it if you like) but when I go to the rewards page it still asks me to link my account hence I can't get my free loots!

today i tried to log in and claim rewards on my games2gether account and it tells me to link my steam account, but when i try to link it nothing changes, and in my account settings it says im linked to my steam account but i seem to be unable to redeem anything.
