I have linked my steam account but can't get rewards

Sorry I'm no help, but I'm in the same boat.  You aren't the only one.

You probably have to give them some time. I assume they weren't totally prepared for the amount of new members. The way I see it the rewards are not limited so there is no hurry. Additionally it seems it is not just the steam rewards that are a little bugged. If I understand the system with the badges correctly, creating an account should unlock 2 avatars and 3 titles. Yet those rewards are locked for me as well. You may also notice that above of the Steam rewards it says "FULL GAME - LOCKED" and "YOU HAVE 10 FREE CONTENTS TO DOWNLOAD - LOCKED".

However, after waiting a few hours I found that I can actually get 2 of the DLC for Endless Space 2. When I go to my "Profiler" Badge I have the task "Connect to Steam" unlocked. There I can redeem 2 DLC (I got them on Steam) and have another 9 things locked. I don't know if those DLC showed up cause the devs are working on the problem, or because the site starts to catch up to all the new members.
