cannot link epic account and cannot play with the 2 rewards dlc in endless space 2

I love endless space and it pains me to not be able to splice every minors civilisation that exist :c

I try to link but the forum is just bugged af. sometims it shows that I have all rewards and 2 accounts links but it refresh and bugs out.

help
