Problems whit game pass version 4 years ago

Hi,i have a problem in the game pass versione of the game,there is some option whit uncorrect name like %MenuDescriptor or something like that and some option do not appear,essentially the word part of game is empty

since the Patch today the freezes some Windows every 1 or 2 Rounds. it looks like this:

if i try to open any menue it looks this way:

To leave the game i have to use ALT+F4 or the task-manager.

How can i fix it?
