KING OF THE HILL STAR SYSTEM

King of the hill star system.

Special system created by map generator that has multi tier rewards.  System once discovered and colonised becomes the focal point of local map conflict.  The player needs to hold the system for a specified time in order to reap benefits.  Such rewards might include tier one new ship class, tier two Science points injection, tier three new tech specific to system.  

The idea is to create a mini game within the map that would give players and IA a focus for conflict when the game reaches mid level.  The AI would be programmed to attack and hold such systems, preventing long term occupation.
