We should be able create more types of Arks, I mean all systems are different, so I would like to create an Ark specialised for Science, another for insutry, etc. And not having to upgrade each Ark for each Situation. :)

Actually you can do it "manually" by modifying design just before creating an Ark. It may be tiresome, and undersatand you want more automatism, but its doable.

Pretty sure he actually wants an Ark template. The problem with that thought, you can't upgrade the Ark without modifying the template.
