Descolada - Event
As approach to Orson Scott Cards Ender books I would like to enjoy an event with the effect of the Descola virus.
Happens on a random planet.
The planet will terraform to grassland (or sth like that) with low values foodproduction and medium to good values in DUST, production and science. Terraforming the infected planet is impossible and it's population is now infected with this virus. This means, that when a colonizationship is build their, the colonized planet will terraform too.
When a terraformed planet gets conquerored, the "new" population will get a malus to food and production. Possible is even a follow-up event with the possibility to research an antipoison, wich frees all planets and populations from the virus and enables terraforming the planet to every other kind.
