As it says in the title, I'm suggesting that each minor faction have an animated diplomacy screen, similar to each of the major factions, rather than the static artwork they currently possess.

Aside from the aesthetics of it, this would be very useful when people inevitably make custom major factions out of existing minor factions, especially when it comes to several minor factions that were empires in the original Endless Space.

The status of this idea has been changed to OUT OF VISION as it is not compatible with our vision of the game because it conflicts with the game's design principles, or it is contradictory with an existing in-game feature, or it is technically impossible to implement it in the game.

While the idea is interesting, it will require a huge production effort we cannot afford. It would take more than half a year to realize it.

Thanks for the update on your decision, Meedoc. I didn't really expect to get an affirmative for the exact reason that you mentioned, but it's good to hear that you at least considered it.

You guys do a good job on the animations already, especially given resource constraints. The Horatio video is fantastic! I look forward to seeing the rest of what you come up with.
