More Information on the ongoing wars

 would it be possible to add a nice and clear window/tooltip which explains who declared war on who (major factions)  and  /or basic history of wars between major factions

in addition to that (because i do not know how will cassus beli work , or will there be cassus beli) would a short visual/text info be possible, which would explain why the war is happening. for example in europa universalis 4 you have in the war tab info like: "  second french conquest of burgundy" , which tells you that the war is (in theory at least) for burgundian land.

Here in EL2 it doesnt need to tell : " war is waged because of X land" since in this game it wouldnt work well, but basic info could work

also,  adding some kind of info on the strenght of the participants.

in eu 4 there are numbers of regiments (soldiers) , lost/won battles ,warscore and stuff like that,

again i wouldnt follow or copy eu  4 , but those are the things 

now i am not sure which info would be good to be visible , and for who but thats the basic idea.

lastly , some of that info could be maybe shown to non participats only if they have spies in the empires who are fighting and are using certain spy actions but since theres no espionage atm (as far as i know) , i doubt its relevant ,at least now

core idea is just to show more details about ongoing or even past wars,without making it a huge feature and hard to read
