Add tactical "bird's-eye" view to space battles

Suggestion: 

add another view option, where camera is placed high over the "battlefield" and looks down, so that a player can overview everything easily and see all fleets, ships, their directions of movement and who attachs who. 

Motivation: 

Space battle tactical view is much better with horatio update, it gives more info now. But it's still hard to use it if I want to overview the whole "battlefield".

Current state:

What I currently do is switching to free camera and flying "up" as far away as I can, and then look from over the top on what is going on in the battle.

This is inconvenient for two reasons:

1. It takes time to set this up, and it still feels not very good, as I'm using a tool that seem to be not designed for that.

2. As I'm using free camera for this, I can't use it to zoom freely to something else, as it will ruin my overhead view and I'll have to spend time to set it up again.
