Add Harmony To Endless Space 2 (Major Faction)

(WARNING WRITTEN ENGLISH IS NOT MY ELEMENT)

(NOW I AM NOT TO SURE IF THIS WAS MENTIONED SOMEWHERE ON FORMS BUT HERE IT GOES)

Now, do you remember that fun race, yet hard to play as in higher difficulties in ES1.  

Yes, those dust haters!

Well, I don't know how everybody feels about Harmony, but it is my favorite and most played faction in Endless space 1. 

Now I do think change nothing to their all famous attributes to hate dust and not using overpowered heroes. 

Because ES2 is different from ES1 I do see some difficulties and interesting policies that would work with harmony and maybe even new race bound government type, and definitely new playstyle for the game!

I would purpose for some actual changes to the race, but all I am asking for; is for them to be Major Faction at least. For me, it would be Christmas all over again, to have harmony in ES2.
