Hidden Player Names/Factions

"This may be a bit of a strange request. I tend to play 4x games with more or less the same group of 5-6 people, depending on who is around at any given time, and I expect that many people who play MP are in a similar situation. What I'd like is an option in the lobby to not only randomize factions (which is already available) but also randomize colors and obfuscate player names (replace them with emperor/leader/faction name) such that in game, it might not be immediately obvious who is who, which drastically changes how I play based on what I know about the other players."

Additionally, as a side thought: obfuscating what factions were chosen might be interesting as well. Cheers!
