Keys made by strategic resources to enter ruins. Long term campaign.

Strategic resources have to be used to create 'keys'. Long term mission begins when visiting a ruin. A build schedule can be found. It tells about keys to enter certain ruins where weapons, tech etc can be found (made from the same strategic resource as the one which the key was made of). Ruins for each strategic resource.
