Give the players the ability to recolor ship designs,

Simply put, give us 3-4 sections on each ship we can recolor when we're in the ship design screen. Preferably with a color wheel, but a decent selection of pre-made colors would be fine too. I feel like this would do a lot to make each playthrough feel more personalized, especially when playing a faction you've already played a dozen times.
