i think this could be done a few ways

1, paid DLC packs. lots of different color packs, theme packs.

2, have a stand alone program for making them so we can create our own and upload them to the game

3, ( prob best ) let steam workshop let us create mods and we make them

either way not having ship skins in this game is a huge missed oppertuinity i would LOVE to see this added!

Thats a cool idea! If I may add a suggestion. Maybe we could unlock new fleet skins for doing certain achievements or playing a number of games as that faction. Imagine playing multiplayer and seeing a Craver player with a black and red fleet and being like oh shoot hes won 20 games as Cravers this guy knows what hes doing!
