Faction Comments During Trade on the Diplomacy Screen

Hi there

I recently watched a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhYNUmj1oKQ where the dipomacy screen was shown. 

Even though the guy was making propositions to the vodyani woman (I assume she was a woman) she was standing there, without a word.

I think it would be really nice to see what the faction I'm trading with thinks about my propositions in the diplomacy screen.

I remember that this happened in Endless Space and it added depth to the factions, giving also informations about their personality (that's why I also put this idea in the "narrative" cathegory)

I say that also because staring at someone without talking  is quite rude don't you think? (well... technically... Vodyani have no eyes but you got what I mean).
