Exploiting Anomolies and Anomolies that fit the planet profile

too many times have I seen anomalies that could not exists on some of the planets they appear on, just started a new game 2mins before writing this and I just had the anomaly 'Rich soil" and "Acid Rain" on a BARREN classified planet? a planet that resembles the same landscape as the real world Moon shouldn't have those anomalies on it?

I realize its an Alpha game and much work is being done,  I think a review of the planet generation needs to occur, from all the planet types I have seen I believe there should be some sort of restriction to what kind of anomaly should be available for each different planet type, and to take advantage of the anomalies, there should be some sort of research or exploitation that can be done to provide extra benefits.

Example:

food production on a planet with the rich soil anomaly should provide a return of dust not just food recourse once agricultural development buildings are built, to simulate a higher quality and more valuable food source than if it was farmed on a planet with out the anomaly.

try to make the a way to exploit the anomalies to benefit the faction not just the planet itself.

this would also provide a new aspect in military operations as planets with anomalies would now be more of a target in order to take away an enemies advantage, not just targeting an enemies planet based on how high its pop is or production score.

I believe making the Anomalies (if not all but at least some of them) have a more direct effect in the game would provide a new and exciting aspect to the game.
