Something that describes the allowed diplomatic flow and any wait periods(number of turns) and preconditions required for each transition?

I've only been playing for a couple weeks and it is a great game!!

im sure there is something like that but i dont think anyone has found it because each state is dependent on if they want to or not.

that depends on many things. have you attacked them. do you have specific ships or weapons unlocked ect



some things can be done but you would have to bribe that faction to do it in that match but another time you wouldnt because they were not invading a system and winning in a war against you

or some other possibility like your winning and they dont like you as much for winning. they wont give you planets if your to close to winning now and why for a cease fire if your winning



the simple flow of possible progression diplomacy is in the game when you use a option you get a timer when you try to talk to them again.

you could go from cold war to alliance if you have enough to give them and thats the extreme on both ends
