Hey everyone, I have a little announcement. As of today...

I have made 101 videos of Endless Space!

That's a rather big achievement for me and I wanted to share it with you ^_^

Here's the 101st video. I do not mention this fact in this video though, mostly because at the time of recording I had no idea I made so many Endless Space VoDs

Lol gameslayer, one day you should try to promote your videos in a positive light. It's fun!

Anyway, gameslayer was right, I am indeed about to another video. It is the last video in the current series and it's ~84 minutes long. So you better grab yourself some popcorn if you want to watch it

And I think you should do so, just because of the epic scale. Endless (not really) amount of battles? Sure, why not!

Yet again, thank you Amplitude for making this awesome game. And for tweeting about my previous video <3

EDIT: I also made a video about the Save the Sowers mod. I already do not like it since (as expected) I already have different opinions on a lot of the stuff I discussed within it but... it shouldn't hurt to post it here.

Sorry for double-post but I could use the feedback

I recently made a new video. Since my last playthrough is already finished I need people to help me pick a faction to play as in my next run. Also, I'd like to know your opinion on Save the Sowers - should I use it and risk potential game instability or not?

Here's the video:

And here's an ultra-short summary of possible candidates for a playthrough:

1) Chantri -- amoeba affinity -- insane food production, potentially one of the most rapid expanding empires in the game, bad heroes and very weak fleets

2) Sujeong -- sophon affinity -- good food, science and dust production, no real downsides

3) Illuminant -- automaton affinity -- extremely versatile playstyle, powerful industry

4) Judicators of Lyn -- horatio affinity -- amazing heroes, good expansionists but can make wonders with just a handful of systems, very dust-consuming

5) Ophio corporation -- united empire affinity -- incredible dust gain but very poor industry

6) Planarians -- pilgrims affinity -- powerful military, they need to fight to reach their full potential, quite vulnerable to ninja attacks

7) Ouroboros consortium -- sowers affinity -- strong military, can take a lot of punishment, require a lot of dust.

8) Radiants -- amoeba affinity -- great science production, fearsome military and good dust gain but weak on the expansionism side

9) Pillagers -- Hissho affinity -- extremely bad at everything but war, they have the most powerful ships imaginable

with mod maybe even both of them if they dont cause issues to each other.

would like to see how u see the trade. (amoeba affinity)

or

but dont forget the hell of micromanagement when playing effective as a automaton.

And pick a high difficulty maybe endless again with bad fleet traits it would be hell of a fun if you would lose more battles.

Would make Wars more exciting.

It took forever to upload the first part of my new playthrough (my encoding software died. And my back-up encoding software apparently hates youtube) but after ~3000 minutes of uploads and re-uploads the video is finally here!

The quality is slightly lower then usual but I think it's still ok when you watch it in HD.

Templar series has a... worth while ending. (At least I thought) I recommend finishing it, but you can watch both at the same time.

So... how about we get some artwork going? I mean, I noticed that there's a lot of cool artwork added with Disharmony and it feels like I've seen a lot of Harmony concept art but I cannot find it anywhere. The image below, coming from a dev blog, was the only one I was able to find. And I'd love to see more. So if you have some Disharmony artwork - share it!

...or a video ~_^

I bet I'm not the only guy making Disharmony videos but I couldn't find any (yet). So I'm gonna start by posting my video and hopefully people are going to follow.
