Hi there, I was browsing the wiki and found some faction tech that I cannot see in game. I only own the base game and the tech I'm missing (well not only this but at least this one is saying base game and disharmony values separate ly) Groupthink for Cravers. (http://endlessspace.wikia.com/wiki/Groupthink ) Is this a disharmony only tech?
