Sorry to take up space in the forums for such a question but...

How do you cancel research ? I randomly clicked on a end-research and now i'm researching everything (almost) in it O_O

I've tried clicking, right-clicking, etc. and i still haven't found how.

I think you might be out of luck. It seems to be something people are having problems with. There's no obvious way to edit the research queue which is a bit of a problem indeed.

One trick I've found is selecting a research item in another field. If you're doing a trading technology click on a war technology to kill your queue.

Worked for me.

The only way to change your research is to click something else and start over, it seems.

But queueing a lot of techs is not ideal, anyways. I found myself renewing the queue quite often.
