Many years ago I read a series of books by David Brin known as the Uplift series. The Tandu were a race in that series. I was wondering if there is any kind of Intellectual Property issues with G2G using that race name?

Lol, pretty much sure there would be, Uplift came out end of the 80s if memory serves and it is not yet public domain stuff.
